I came in after my permanent retainer broke and needed an evaluation and new retainers. Before I even stepped into the office, Dr. Mark personally called me to learn more about what I needed. That kind of personal attention says so much, and it set the tone for the entire experience.
Dr. Mark is personable, professional and easy to talk to. Brandy, his assistant and office coordinator, is so kind and makes you feel welcome and at ease. They’re both simply great people, and that comes through in the way they treat you. I never felt pressured into anything. I felt heard, understood my options and walked away knowing I had been taken care of.
My two children have evaluations coming up, and I’m genuinely happy to have found this team for our family. As a parent, there’s so much peace of mind in feeling that the people caring for your kids have their best interests at heart. Thank you, Dr. Mark and Brandy, for giving me that confidence!

He provided me with suggestions and offered to collaborate with my current provider to help me get the answers I need.
