We have had such a great experience here! The environment is always so fun, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Mark and Brandy are both incredibly kind and patient, and they always make Colin feel comfortable during his braces appointments. They take the time to explain things and make sure he feels at ease. We’re so happy we chose this orthodontist and would definitely recommend them to other families!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this orthodontist office! Everyone was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. They were so patient, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything that was going on, made sure I understood each step, and happily answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. You can truly tell that they care about their patients and want them to feel comfortable and confident in their care. I’m so grateful for such a positive experience and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

So actually my 12 yo's orthodontist is through her dad in another state and during the Summer with me, a part of her wiring came loose making it uncomfortable for her. I called Black Diamond being that it is my local orthodontist and they welcomed my daughter in right away to make a small adjustment so that she can now be comfortable until she went to her next appointment after the Summer. She still has about 1.5 years to wear her braces so knowing that I have that kind of care & support from Dr. Mark & his team gives me a piece of mind for any future orthodontist needs. My two younger children were also with me during this visit, they had so much fun there they didn't want to leave. So glad my kids have a place they can go to that makes them happy & comfortable.

Wow what a fantastic experience I've had at Black Diamond Orthodontics! The staff are so welcoming and from the initial visit they take time to answer all your questions and develop the best personalized treatment plan for you. Pricing for your plan is up front so no surprises. Personally I am 4 months into my Angel Aligners and have seen a dramatic improvement in my teeth already, it is very exciting! They show me updates on my progress and continue to answer any questions I have. It has been such a positive experience I can't say enough. I love that they are locals and support our community. Dr. Mark and his staff are amazing, appointments run on time, booking future appointments is easy and they always have a smile to greet you. Their office has cool ski themed decor and a photo op area as a fun bonus! I feel confident in recommending Black Diamond Orthodontics for any orthodontic needs, check them out you will be glad you did!
I highly recommend Black Diamond Orthodontics! I had to get my retainer tightened and some glue added to my permanent retainer as the metal was poking me after 10 years of wear. It was a smooth and painless process and the doctor and staff took great care of me and made sure my concerns were met. I would definitely go back and highly recommend their services to others. Also the office is decorated so cute with snowboard and ski stuff, it has the best vibes!
I took my two boys in for an assessment and was extremely pleased with Dr. Mark and Brandy. They were both knowledgeable and so friendly with us and our kids. While we filled out the initial patient forms, my kids played a game that Brandy set up for them, with a spinning wheel for possible toys as a reward. My kids were happily entertained and had so much fun.
When we went in for the discussion, Dr. Mark and Brandy showed us the findings on the TV screen and thoroughly explained what they saw and their recommendations. I could tell they both really know what they're doing, and I appreciated that they weren't pushing for anything unnecessary given how young my kids are.
I'm so glad we now have an orthodontist in Timnath who genuinely cares, and I'm hoping they do great in this new location.

This has been my first time going through this process with my oldest child and he’s been quite nervous to get started on his ortho journey but the team at Black Diamond has been so nice and welcoming and have truly made the experience so great for us.
